My name is Claire Sayers, I am Certified and Registered
Civil Celebrant of Australia.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough...
and that’s where I come in.
My ultimate goal is to make your main event as seamless and stress-free as possible.
With over 7 years of experience and the joy of marrying more than 80 couples, I know that every love story is unique and deserves to be celebrated in a way that feels authentic, personal, and unforgettable.
As a Celebrant, my role is more than just officiating your marriage.

You can book your vendors as early as you like, but to ensure availability, bookings should be made no less than 12-10 months in advance. Bookings are best made around 18 months in advance to ensure availability.
Absolutely! We provide everything at your event, down to the signing pen and wireless microphone.
This of course depends on the kind of ceremony you want, but we like to keep it Simply Sweet and keep it within 30 minutes from start to finish.
No matter how long, we still make it impactful and full of memories, with all the good vibes as you get married.
Once your package and fees statement are confirmed and the nonrefundable deposit is paid, we lock in your booking, and we will be there come hell or high water!
Yes! I’m based in New South Wales but happy to travel to your chosen location. Travel fees may apply for ceremonies outside my local area. This will always be discussed with you upfront, so there are no surprises.
You’ll need to complete a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) with your celebrant no less than one month and no more than 18 months before your ceremony.
On your wedding day, you’ll also sign three official marriage certificates.
Proof of birth (such as a birth certificate or passport) and photo ID are required, along with evidence of divorce or death of a previous spouse if applicable.
